Scrap aluminum...

There's one sitting in the flower bed beside my driveway. I havent' gotten around to toting it and the old stock 2 core copper radiator off to the scrap metal buyer yet...

I've given them away before...and with the price of scrap now it probably is worth more going that way...

You might contact tmoss and see if he's interested; he ports the lowers which makes the combination flow much better. You can pm him on the site.

I pay $30-50 depending on if the intake has throttle body, sensors and injectors. Bare upper and lower would go for more like $30.

He's from Bosnia Mike, so he does'nt type his sentance structures that well sometimes. Seth hangs out in the 94-95 forum most of the time.

I've got a polished stock upper, and a silver lower to match it, I ported the lower a little bit, but it can definately go some more, how much are you willing to spend?

I took my old intake in for scrap and I think I got like $30 for it

How do you say "Thank you" in your native language Seth? The least I can do is learn that....

From what I gather Seth, you're looking to get a better performing and better looking intake for your car. I got my intake from a 96 For Explorer V8 at a salvage yard for 150.00 It is essentially the same as a Ford Motorsport GT40 intake, except it isn't as exotic looking. If you want to get a decent intake for cheap, try for one of those. Also, Tmoss does porting work on stock uppers, and while I didn't use his service (which I may in the future), from what I read he does really great work. As far as the looks are concerned, you can either sand and polish the metal on an intake until it shines, like BlackFox5.0 did, and it looks spectacular, or you can go the lazy way like me and spray paint it silver. While it isn't as interesting, it does look good and took maybe 1/2 hour. There's some pictures at the link in my signature. Good luck in finding an intake that'll fit what you need!

Whoa, after reading Seth's sig, it seems as though he's already got a ported/polished Cobra on board. Now I'm confused as to what he wants. After reading it again, I think he wants to find a stock upper/lower to polish for a guy who's willing to pay 50.00. IMO that's not worth all the time you'll take to do the work, Seth.

Seth, you are dong much better than i did, when i was in Germany (as an exchange student). the advantage for me was that if people did not understand me, they just asked me, in English, what i was trying to say. needless to say, i spoke a lot of English over there. LOL.
you're doing fine (actually better than some of the 'native tongues' in here).

good luck on making a buck.
