Well if you are even the most simplest of repairman, you can install the CAI and flash the computer yourself. JMS provides step by step instructions.
The under-drive pullies are a bit more of a challange. OK... they were a PITA, but still not something I would pay someone else to do. I did have to invest in a $30 puller and a couple band-aids. It is a tight fit between the radiator and the harmonic balancer pully, and the radiator fins are quite sharp.
For the gears you need a professional! Here in NC a good gear guy charges around $200 for the set up.
I'm not sure on the charge motion plates installation, but considering the entire intake must be removed, figure on at least 3 hours of labor.
(I opted to keep my charge motion plates, IMO they do help with low end torque)
My 4.10 gears go in sometime next month.
