Well if you are even the most simplest of repairman, you can install the CAI and flash the computer yourself. JMS provides step by step instructions.

The under-drive pullies are a bit more of a challange. OK... they were a PITA, but still not something I would pay someone else to do. I did have to invest in a $30 puller and a couple band-aids. It is a tight fit between the radiator and the harmonic balancer pully, and the radiator fins are quite sharp.

For the gears you need a professional! Here in NC a good gear guy charges around $200 for the set up.

I'm not sure on the charge motion plates installation, but considering the entire intake must be removed, figure on at least 3 hours of labor.

(I opted to keep my charge motion plates, IMO they do help with low end torque)

I agree with mpentico post completely. However, I have installed the charge motion delete plates myself and it only takes about 1.5 hours - not a bad job at all. Keep in mind the tune will have to be modified for the plates. In my tune it is disabled and the CMCV is left unplugged from the harness.
