Not trying to tell a man about his business, But if my home limited me from the things I liked doing, I'm quite sure I'd sell it and move somewhere that met my needs!
I agree...only thing stopping me is the price of homes. Need $250-300K minimum to get a home with a garage in decent shape. Anything cheaper is in a crappy area or in need of work.
