I'm doing an AODE to T5 swap and am currently adjusting my clutch cable. I've always thought you should feel the clutch engage about 1/4-1/2" as the pedal is pressed... Like it should have a little play so it's not always riding the clutch. What does a normal clutch feel like on a 94-95 and how should it feel?

Thanks!

Apparently my ex-husband made that mistake.

That's how it should be. So long as it disengages enough so that you don't have trouble getting it into gear, and it has a little play, you are good.
