How to clean the MAF?

How & what do I use to clean my MAF?

I have read people using Rubbing Alcohol, Electrical Cleaner &/or Carb Cleaner. Which one do I use?
I have checked both Autozone & Advanced Auto Parts & neither have specific MAF cleaner.

Also, What is the exact detailed process?
Do I use Q-tip's? Should I reset my computer after the cleansing?

spray some brake cleaner on the wires, I wouldn't use a q-tip, breaking a wire would suk.
Anything that dries without leaving a residue will work. No real need to reset the CPU, do it if you want.
