How to find cam specs?

A pair of "aftermarket" cams were passed along to me with a 96 GT I bought. There are no markings or numbers on the cams at all. You can tell by the scratches on the cam gears that someone has bolted them onto these cams, which leads me to believe that they may not be just stock PI cams. A pair of PI heads also accompanied the car in the purchase and they still had the stock PI cams installed. So I have this pair of cams and no way to know what brand they are, or if they are custom regrinds, or if they are just regular PI cams... How do I find the lift, lobe sep., etc on the cams? Who can do that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most of the aftermarket cams by the bigger companies are marked with a part number so you have ruled out the name brands.
