What is the best way to get these to fit properly, I am not sure if i want to mold them to the body so there seamless... Though I do know i they dont fit properly and i an not sure the best way the fix them. I am mainly concerned with the tail portion of the scoop. The other flaws I know how to deal with. Also both sides are llike this, although poor at least there consistant in fit haha. As always anyinformation would be great.

I would grind the backside of the scoop down until the the scoop dropped into the factory vent opening. Reglass the area if you break through the scoop bucket.

Once you have the scoop where it will "drop" into the vent opening you need to decided whether to add glass to the leading edge or grind down the material that is there until it fits flush with the body.

Pics are kinda big but it looks like adding glass to the leading edge will be your best option.

Looks like you bought those from Branda. These guys are right, you can grind wherever the scoops touch until you can't grind anymore, then add 'glass matte and resin to fill in the lows. BTW, sorry I haven't gotten you the pics you asked for yet, but I'll get them to you soon.

"Pics are kinda big but it looks like adding glass to the leading edge will be your best option." Never heard that before haha, normally there to small.

Great thanks for the info, and yea Zookeeper there are from Branda, and no big deal about the pictures, the motor is almost done :). So there is always progress to to be some where on the car. Do you think there is extra on the scoops on purpose to serve as a buffer of sorts?
