I used a tape measure and went from inside lip to out side and came up with 10 1/2 on a cobra replica 4 lug. are these wheels even made i cant find them any where. The reason I measure is when i go aroun turns the tire rubs the tail pipe and turns it inside the muffler leaving it rubbing the frame. Should I replace these rear wheels with the 9's that are on the front> tires area 255/40/17
