How to put car on jackstands?

If i were to clean my car before i put it away today, it would be a giant block of ice right now It has been below -5 degree's all day today, but i'll probably clean it somewhat after all the snow melts off of it.

I was also thinking that leaving the suspension unloaded would be the way to go.
