How to route a-pillar gauge wires???

I've got my triple a-pillar setup ready to go and I've been looking around trying to figure out the best way to route the wires to keep it clean. I have the instrument cluster taken out and still don't see a good way to go with it. The gauges are autometer c2 electric fuel pressure, autometer c2 mechanical boost, and Innovative XD-1 wideband A/F gauge. Pics would be great.....Also which +12V ignition source did you guys use?

Car is a 95 Cobra by the way...

I think I unhooked the door trim molding (it has a U-channel and slides off) and put the wires in front of the channel and put the trim back on.

Then the wires went from down that channel, to the same height as the bottom of the knee pane,l and routed to the firewall.

i did the same exact thing.

i tapped into the dimmer switch. get a test light and find a wire with only 12v with the key on. you can also get you 12v bulb light source from there too from a different wire. cant remember which color the wire was. just make sure you dont mix the two up

When you grab the dimmer wire, your test light or meter will dim/reduce voltage shown, respectively, when you run the dimmer down.

If the light/meter doesnt change, you have found the parking light wire instead, which also works fine. I kinda wish I had used the parking light wire instead, since I guess I rotate the headlight switch a little when I turn the lights on and off, and I find that my pillar gauges are dim after a drive or two (I dont mess with the dimmer for any other reason, so I forget to run it back up).

I'm hoping the vacuum line is long enough to go down the side then out the firewall from below.....so did you guys just grab the wires from underneat the dash?

If you have anything near 6' of tubing, it should make it pretty easy.

Not sure what you mean about grabbing wires.

I meant splice into the ones under the dash

You could probably find wires up in the dash, or for easy key-on 12 volts, tapping into the dead side of an existing circuit in the fuseblock works fine. You can do it on the backside (topside, as the fusebox sits) for a clean look, or use a wire tap, etc.
Others might have tips with easy spots they tapped into.
