alright sweet btw I Hav a 99 Buick regal GS that has a 3.8 with a m90 and I am always fighting with heat witch cause engine detonation and then I get (KR) witch sets my timing way back ton and I lose tons of HP I'm just kinda wondering about that happening

Nope not with these, you will need to pull out some base timing once you make boost. More than 4lbs pull 3* more than 6lbs pull 5*
You will need to experiment to see what works best for your setup
