how will my car run with the stock injectors/intake setup?

i just got an explorer motor with the gt40p heads, and the intake. Im sorta short on money, can i run the injectors the motor came with (19's i think) with my car;s stock intake setup, maf, etc? also, will it help if later i upgrade to 24's and a tuned 24 MAF? any info would be great, also the injectors did work with that motor, so i dunno it if will maby ok. How about a fuel pressure regulator?

Run that explorer intake... It flows about the same as a cobra... Injectors will be fine, but you might need to boost the FP up just a little bit if any at all.

ya id just get a FPR unless your gonna chip it right away.
