HP gain equation

Is there a HP gain equation related to increased flow rate through your heads. Say if you were to port out your existing heads or upgrade can you check the flow rate ratio between the two and plug it into an equation for the incresed(or dereased) HP gain?

Check out Stan Weiss's site!! It has head flow numbers AND the potential HP from those numbers.. also he show a few formulas.. The Key here is "potential" and also as you can see.. 200+ CFM intake can pull over 400HP!!!
