I caved, the pressure was to much. All the hype about double heating bills this winter got to me. I just spent 5 days and $600 adding another layer of insulation in my attic. I noticed that my air ducts didnt fit tightly, it looks like they were fitted poorly when the house was built in 66. I pulled one of them apart and holy $hit, it was nasty in there. We always had a dust problem in the house, so I ripped all the ducts out and replaced them too. I also took down all the air vents from inside the house and caulked around them, when I was in the attic and the air kicked on, I could feel cool air escaping from where the vents attach to the ceiling.

I could see an immediate improvement in how fast the house cools and so far no new dust.

Probley money well spent, but Ive been itching to get working on my Stang, it just always seems like one thing or another.

i am in the same boat as you...just ran out of mod money.

i bought my first house in may and then bought a lightning and then a waverunner and then a mustang and put a bunch of mods on both. Now I am out of money and the woman is complaining because I bought $1000 in suspension parts and I don't even have a dining room table to eat on yet

I keep telling my girl her priorities are all wrong but she is not buying it anymore

I hear ya, I was rebuilding a 440 in a 67 GTX once. I couldnt afford a parts cleaner, so the dishwasher had to do double duty. I was being inovative.

That was one of the reasons she cited in the divorce complaint.

The bathroom had a great exhaust fan, perfect for a paint booth in the winter.

That was another reason.

Your right, they just dont understand priorites!
