You guys got lucky. I ended up with a CRD (careless & reckless driving). I didn't know that it was illegal, either. Now I do.

I never even came close to the speed limit before I was pulled. And no tires were even chirped. I think the cop just saw a young guy in an RX-7 and said, "hey, I think that was illegal".

I think there is a law about accelerating too fast, I think it may be called reckless acceleration, but none the less if your racing, it dont matter what speed you get to they can still pull u over and charge you with it.
