I got TKO500 in mail today

This morning brown truck pull up on street and guy start bringing boxex, 4 boxes ,neighbor cross street was like "WTF this guyis going"
One of boxex was heavy , 115lbs TKO500

Nice. Did you buy another shifter for it? I see the red anodized one on the TKO500 and the one on the ground in the other picture.

I bought Pro5.0 shifter too , its on 4th pics, i forget take pics of bell housing and 3qt GM Synchromesh fluid
Clutch disc is McLeod just like one i had in T5

The 500 has a 3.27 1st. gear and the 600 has a 2.95 1st. gear, you would lose on the launch and 60' time since our cars are so heavy. Other than that the tranny's are exactly the same.

But T5 will never hold big TQ like TKO ,even G-force

Because of 1st gear , it will kill my 60ft ,plus 94-95 verts are heavy so thats even worst

I see...
I noticed almost no change in 1st from my T-5 to 600 and still 60ft exactly the same

Your also making way more than enough power to compensate for the higher 1st. gear. Cars making less H.P would suffer.
