I just dumped 6 quarts of oil in my rear end???

Ok, I thought these things only had a 3 quart capacity... I swapped axles and replaced my Diff cover with a rear main gridle from Granatelli. I just dropped $60 on rear diff oil... and Its still not full. WTF?? Please help before I spend more money!!!! Redline 70W90 syn.

I put in almost 3 of those bottles (whatever size they are)

do not use the hole on the new cover to guage the fluid level take out the plug on the front left of the rear and watch your money pour out to the correct level, i have the same cover and made the same mistake.....takes three and a half quarts with my cover

I just thought of that this morning...Damn it! I had a feeling something wasnt right. I will rebottle that crap tonight.... Live and Learn.

My first thought was that you didn't have the cover on, but we've eliminated that now.
