hey guys i have been looking at all the 351 stuff on here and have a few questions,
1 what power levels is a 408 stroker capable of n/a i was thinking 450-500ish, of course with the right parts, i want to go fi so do i need a new comp or tweecer or somthing like that to manage the engine, for the most part i would like to stay n/a but i do no want to go sky high on compression for drivablity and future boost considerations
So my question is what will a 351 block hold in terms of power, what are good years models ect,
how much heavier is a 351 than a 302, i plan to go alum heads, and prehaps a tublar front in to offset the added weight
I see many have said that afr 185s or 205 are good but what would the min air flow numbers to let the thing breathe properly, i have dart pro 1's and they have a ton of room to be ported could i make them work??
also who has used the drop mounts and a stock hood becuse i will absolutly will not put a cowl hood on it so it has to fit, does the hood need to be modded, any other space issues??
is it possible to maintain my current a/c setup
thanks guys
