I did something the other day that made me think that we are to Mustangs as women are to new shoes.
I made a sucker bet and I lost. I was at a bar with my wife and ordered her a tall shot of citrus vodka. She can drink liquor now and then but buy no means is an alcohol pro. Anyway, I offered to buy her new shoes if she downed the tall shot of vodka in one gulp.
Well, needless to say, before I knew it the glass was empty and I was putting out for new shoes.
Sucker bet? Absolutely.
Then she said to me, "Imagine how fast you'd have done it if I offered to buy something for your car."
Wow... that REALLY put it into perspective for me. I have a whole new understanding for women and their love for shoes!
