Two of my friends work for Enterprise, and from what they've told me, you have to be 21 to rent a car and 25 to rent a full size or larger. I always thought it was 25 too but apparently it's not.
Oh and I was just in Florida between Miami and Ft Lauderdale for new years and the Orange Bowl. Miami is fun, but Ft Lauderdale I thought was nicer. Ft. Lauderdale was actually pretty cheap, as far as buying stuff goes and it was a lot cleaner than Miami. My flight from JFK was $215 round trip.
i've been to exotic locales, lived 2miles from the beach in FL and all that crap, but quite honestly i really like the outer islands of North Carolina. nice light houses, islands with wild horses, not over-crowded beaches, big sand dunes, just an all around good time. plus if you drive--most states require 25 to rent, FL being 21--you can go through DC and check out some sites if you've never been.

A.K.A. .... "The Outer Banks" or "OBX". And that "island of wild horses" ..... that is the ONLY place in the world that breed of horse is found.
NC has the highest mountains & nicest beaches on the east coast. I know that sounds biased, considering my location, but that's actually fact. I've been all over the place as well .... there's no other place I'd rather be. But I didn't suggest it to him ..... cause that REALLY sounds biased.
