I'd say with the right amount of back spacing, rolling the fenders and beating in the inner fenders (as well as removing the quad-shock) you should be ok.

Hey turbogt, how do you like those rear tires? Are they somewhat ok in rain?

My 315 bfg DR's are bald and will be replaced by next fall (inspection).
