I love my gears more and more, if I could only get this damn throwout bearing to get quiet! I will go to the track wensday on street tires and see what she will do!

Driver junk

Dont worry about all that better driver junk.< even though a 2.6 is the worst 60' time I've ever seen posted.

Get some slicks. Drop your 60' below 2.0 and your times will be more like mid 12s.

Do you realize you have the potential to drop .6 to .8 off your 60'; that is huge when it comes to your 1/4 mile times. A good launch should get you a full 1.0 off your 1/4 mile time.

I dont know what .8 off your 60' would compute to in the 1/4 but its verry verry big(1.5 or so). My '60 is 1.84 with et streets in an auto; I cant drive; I cheat(slicks).

Bro, your car is fast. Learn to bring it out, and get some tire under that bad boy.

12s??? maybe you need to start thinking 11s with an aftercooler and a tune.

really didnt see 11s in this cars future, but the way you guys talk, I got alot left. I really dont wanna do anything else to the motor (except TB and Plenum), I find she runs AWSOME! I would like to spend some money on a good street/strip suspension. I will start looking for some tires then I guess.

As it stands now, you should run a high 12 on your street tires. You should probably get somewhere around 2.2-2.3 60ft, which if you applied that to your previous run you would be around 12.7. Leave the line like you are leaving a stoplight and once you get the car moving hammer it.

Get theTB/Plenum combo and you should really have some fun

i would figure that you would be WELL into the 12's on slicks, i am running 12.93 @ 105+mph on slicks and that was N/A, that was also with 1.7 60ft times on stock suspension.

Kam, I know for a fact he's not running Tim's setup.

Drew, I'd get that thing on a dyno soon. Not to see what kind of hp numbers you're pulling but to find out what the A/F ratio looks like. I drove my car around like an old lady after GI Joe and I installed my blower until I got it on the dyno, and I was 99% percent sure that the tune was right on.

Yeah...defintely not safe to race a supercharged mustang without checking the a/f first.
