Well, I asked about this before, and I put in a new TPS, I thought I fixed it, but I didn't.

When I start the car up in the morning, it will almost die, it bogs down for a second, and if it doesn't die, it goes to normal rpm, and idles perfect, just bogs for the few seconds upon initial startup.

While I'm driving on the freeway, it feels like a hesitation, almost like a cut of gas for a second, like it's being tugged backwards. If I'm steppin on the gas hard, I don't feel this problem. Just while gettin on the freeway on-ramp, and steady crusin.

It's a 1991 GT AOD

The SPOUT connector is the small grey chip lookin deal that is in the dizzy wiring harness. If you trace the TFI wiring toward the engine, you will see a couple of wires split off and the chip is in the end of the wires.

Removing the SPOUT connector removes all computer input in regard to timing advance.

Good luck.

See the sticky "Help me create the Surging Idle Checklist" at the top of the forum for help with your idle problems.

You'll find info on how to dump the codes, which is one of the first steps in the troubleshooting process.
