Visit any nearby auto locksmith and tell them about the issue , i am sure that must have any resolution to this problem. I also have the issue with mine and they are able to replace it without the key.
Does your glove box have a lock?
You can take one door panel off, the locks are held in by a square 3 sided clip that slips out and you can unhook the linkage clip, if you have a glove box lock take it out too, go to a locksmith shop, they can cut a key to fit or you could just pickup replacements on ebay.
