yes, i'm getting a smaller pulley, but yes, i'm also at 7,200 feet of elevation. I had a 3.4" pulley on there, and i only saw about 7 lbs at redline.

You should paint the lower part of your EGR valve with some high temp black or silver spray paint. It will really clean up your engine bay to get rid of that one rusty part.

Your engine bay looks real good

I'm running 10 lbs of boost with a boost pipe, non intercooled with 108k miles on my stock bottom end. Not a problem if you have a good tune.

Hey FlyBoy....at what RPM's do you see boost begin to build?

So...where are the dyno #'s? I want to see what one of those will put out at that elevation (since I live an hour from you in Denver at 6000ft).

I don't start to feel the boost kick in til the mid 3s, but then it really pulls hard. Seems like I floor it, then wait, and wait, and then the boost kicks in. Thats why I convinced myself that I need gears, and now I should have 3.73s coming in the mail this week.

I'm planning on getting her on the dyno this friday, so I'll have some numbers to report then.

Yeah man, you'll feel no boost till about 3,500 and then it pulls like a banchee! It'll slap you back in your seat pretty good
