i went to the local pick apart and found a 95 front wheel drive 4-valve with the Maf and green injectors. i was wondering if i could use these items on my 97 gt. if i can i know i'll have to get a tune for these to work proplerly but want some clarification.

What kind of car was the "95 front wheel drive 4-valve"? No Mustang has EVER been FWD.

Anyways, if you change MAF or injectors you absolutely always need a tune.

The MAF is the single most important sensor in your vehicle, just f'n leave it alone!

Why do you think you need bigger injectors?

it's a mark 3 engine, like a lincoln car... i have the following mods in sig plus som ported pi heads. the 19lbs are good for 300 rwhp and i'm going to be close to that with the ported heads. plus i plan to add a 50- 75 ontop of that.

I'm sure he's talking about a 1995-2002 Lincoln Continental.

Not necessarily. Modular injectors and MAF sensors aren't calibrated to one and other like they are with the 5.0L OHC cars. You've still got to have the necessary transfer function programmed into the ECU for them to work.
