installed plasma booster

i heard rumors that is crap and a waste of 300 but let me tell you i put a set off new spark plugs and the plasma booster and wow i feel like my 99 cobra just woke up i dont think its a waste it pulls hard in the mid and top end i would suggest trying it!!!!! all i have is jba shorty headers, x-pipe, magnaflow cat-back, and a full bbk cai

If you replaced just your plugs you'd have had the same effect.

What he said. Changing out your plugs was probably the main reason for your improvement.
The plasma booster doesn't appear to be worth it. Bob Cosby wrote up a pretty good analysis about what it did for his '99 (search for the thread over in DOHC/SVT forum of Corral.net msg board). I'll tell you this much, it wasn't very spectacular.

yea but if you read the new 1 it give him like 10 hp and 8 ftq he messed up and it was his mass air not the pb that lost the power so i am telling it works

Once I fixed my MAF meter problem, I redyno'd the PB. It showed a 1 RWHP gain. Personally, I wouldn't waste your money.
