Installing Prochamber tomarrow have ?

Couple quick questions. What size are the nuts that hold the mid pipe to the stock manifolds? Only asking because I have to drive the car to where I am changing it at, and it's going to be pretty warm under there. Also which O2's do the mil eliminators get connected to? I have never ran these before. Thanks a ton!

It really is easy, especially after you've done it once. My first time, it took me 3 hours, from driving the car in the shop to backing it out, to swap my midpipe. And that was by myself, on my back. I can now do it by myself in less than an hour pretty easily.

You do need to get a gasket for the passenger side header-to-midpipe connection. Even if you think you don't, spend $4 and go ahead and replace it.

The only thing even remotely hard to do is the passenger side header bolts. But once you know how, they're easy, too. It goes: ratchet > extension > swivel > extension > socket. I can't remember what lengths or if a shallow or deep socket work better, but it really is pretty easy.

Oh, and unless you want to scare the poop out of yourself when unbolting those bolts, disconnect the battery. Touching the terminals on the starter will get ya a little excited if you're not expecting it. :)

Well unfortunatley, I didn't read the last two post till now and I forgot about the gasket. I have the stock pipe down and o2 sensors swapped over. I have had the prochamber since 04 and managed to loose all the nuts ofr the connections so I need to get those tomarrow as well. Should I go to ford dealer for the gasket or local auto parts ok? The only one I found local in stock is a walker brand and it's $13. Figures the felpro is 4.99 and out of stock. Biggest problem I had was getting the front o2 harness disconnected, and well the hot ass pipes. I was impatient and wouldn't let it cool down. All should be well and back together wed night. Btw she is LOUD with the midpipe dropped. I just had to once!

I went to a local auto store to get the gasket and it was Autostoned. I only paid about 3 or 4 bucks for it. Yeah I was impatient too and got a good burn on my arm bc of that... Next time Im taking my time and yes it is loud with just headers...
