I decided to buy a Fluidyne radiator after researching the work it would take to make a Summit universal radiator fit. I decided that since I'm going to be doing this in a parking garage I wanted something that would drop right in. Also, the Fluidyne seemed to get generally great reviews here.
Should I flush out the new Fluidyne before I install it? Would any crap be left in the radiator from manufacturing? How much coolant needs to be put in(gallons)? Is a 70/30 water/coolant mix good for the Phoenix heat? Anything else you guys can add would be great. My car has been running really hot since I got to Phoenix, like up to the L in NORMAL. I'm hoping the new radiator will significantly lower the temperature.
