Insurance help stat!

SO, a lady hit my truck while my now ex girlfriend was driving it, left the insurance info, now I have my truck back. The truck is REGISTERED in my name, but INSURED in hers.

Ex girl told me "you picked the truck up, now it's your problem"

Option 1 is call teh lady who hit the truck, ask for cash (it's a raggity ass dodge) and tell her to cancel the claim.

What else can I do? It's not insured in my name does anyone know if I'll have problems getting paid for it?

It sounds to me like you have no wrongdoing in this situation. Your ex-girlfriend was driving the truck when the accident happened, whether it's registered in her name or not. She's insured. Also the other driver should have insurance. Her insurance should cover the damage since she hit the truck.
