Intake Shootout

So looking to get an intake what's the everyone think? Trick Flow Track Heat EFI or Edelbrock Performer RPM?

Be replacing Mass Air as same time.

Little background 95gt Vert, MAC LT header, Prochamber, Flawmaster cat back, 3.73 gears, Homemade Cold Air,BBK Adjustable Fule reg, Steeda tri-ax.

I'll be doin Heads, Cam farther down the road, leaning toward twisted wedge right now.

If you've got the money, I'd go with a Edelbrock Performer RPM II

All those intakes are going to be way too much for stock E7's. Performer or Street Heat would be better for stock heads.

Go with the Eddy performer, it flows some decent numbers. Then, when you add better heads and cam, you can replace the upper with the RPM.

No doubt, I definitely plan on new heads but they are looking like fall project. The intake upgrade will happen in week or two. So won’t be getting full potential out of upgrade until after heads.

Maybe I’ll go Performer or Street Heat either would be good with heads too…

Thanks for the ideas so far, anyone remember an Issue of MM&FF or 50&SF doing comparison of these two intakes? I was a normal reader of both but was forced out of the Mustang loop for last 3 years. Now getting back can't ever see how I went without my ponycar.

If you go with a Street Heat now, you should be able to throw a Track Heat upper on later. I think.
