you should call bell and see what they reccomend. I would think for that setup something alot larger would be a good idea. Didnt your car make over 700 at the tires? With a 15% drivetrain loss you are only 20hp away from the limit of that intercooler. If that were my car i would probably run at least a full 3" cold side
I just called bell and he suggested a bigger core, however it was over twice the cost of the precision unit.
The precision part will support 825 to the wheels which is well under where I will be for the forseable future.
I just dont want to spend over 1k on a intercooler ( just the intercooler ) at this time.

VS Racing 31x12x4 and call it a day, buddies car made 97x on E85 with one and a full 3" aluminum cold side. Why make it harder/more expensive than it has to be?
I bought the Precision, I wanted to stay with a well known and respected brand.
Should be here this week, getting excited to see it mounted should look good and preform well within my expected power levels.
If sometime down the road the intercooler becomes a problem then that means I will be at or near 9xx rwhp, which will be a good problem to have.
I will be injector limited before intercooler limited, I dont have the funds for a stand alone now.

I am happy with my decision for the Precision unit. If I ever over power the Precision, I will do a Bell custom as I said I am only intrested in running a quality proven name.
I'm pretty certain that your turbo is too small for that big 363 also. You should replace it with at least an 88mm...
...and sell the 76mm to me

The VS is a proven unit. Actually proven to over 1000 hp multiple times over on turboforums. Dont really see a problem with running the under dog, reguardless you already have one on the way.
Since I flipped the intake I was thinking about how to mod the throttle cable so it didnt look so crappy.
This could be old news but I just happened across this and just ordered one.

Mike is a long time Mustang (EDIT: I should say Capri ) guy and I am happy to purchase from him. One day I will do the gauge set up also.

The 76mm he's running is a 1000+ horsepower capable turbo. That's well below his goal for the car. Plus, I don't think it's for sale

I have his gauge plate. VERY nice piece. Sitting in my basement wired up waiting to go in the car.

No I was told by a number of much smarter than me builders that with E85 Meth is just not needed. Which made me happy since I had to move the bottle for the intercooler charge pipe to go through the fender.
Intercooler pipe, clamps and couplers are on the way, not that it is a surprise but this is getting spendy.

I forgot you're using E85. That would make sense then.
