Interior Swap Questions

I have a 79 hatchback that has become my project car over the last year, And I'm thinking about swapping to a 87-93 style dash. I have no idea what it would take to do this, however. Any and all information on what I would need to change would be of great help (different hook ups, wiring problems I might run into, etc)

p.s. I'm sticking with a carbed engine, none of that fancy EFI stuff for me!
