Depending on the lift of yor cam, here are some springs commonly used.

Crane kit 44308-1 120# @ 1.94
Ford M-6513-A50 110# @ 1.82
Trick Flow 2500100 110# @ 1.80
CompCams 972-16 124# @ 1.80

120# springs should be good for that set up. What is the lift of the tfs cam? I think the stock gt-40 springs are 105#. I'm using 120# and my lift is about .580 with no valve float to 6100 rpm.

According to the info on www.oemfordparts.com (part number M-6513-A50), the GT-40 springs are rated at 110#. Just a bit better that 105#, but still short. Would the extra 10# make that much of a difference?

Ok, I got the springs checked today and I have different intake and exhaust springs. On the intake springs at 1.80 i get #130-135, the exhaust are #120-125 and the springs are fully compressed at .700. Sence I have stiffer springs on the intake how would I go about swapping them to the exhaust valves becuase I have more lift on the exhaust side with the tfs-1? How do I determen the install height?
