Is it ok if the battery kill switch is "Pull off" instead of push off?

Just like the title says.. I just got a push/pull battery kill switch (trunk mounted battery) and just wondering if its IHRA/NHRA legal if its PULL OFF instead of PUSH OFF.

From what I remember it has to be push off to be legal.
