Is it the rear wheel bearing

okay this is a hard one my D/S rear wheel drags sometimes so i jacked the whole back of the car up and turned each wheel and its only the d/s rear one that has a problem i can turn it and turn it and all of the sudden it locks then i nock it back a little and then it will go for a little and lock again i checked behind the wheel not getting cought on anything so im thinking its wheel bearing does anyone have experience with changing this i have no idea thanks

axle bearing really, but i dunno if that would be the problem. have you checked out your drum brakes yet? mayb'e they're getting caught on something. it may (hopefully not) be your traklok or something to that extent...

yea traclok i was thinking that cause i think mine is spent because when i roast the tires i will only leave one mark on the road

Check the cheap stuff first.

I would start by checking the brakes, sometimes they can cause these symptoms.

Or worst case could be a broken tooth inside your rearend somewhere. I had a simalar problem on my old integra, it would drive a few feet and then just lock up the front wheels, turned out the countershaft and the diffferential where missing several teeth.
