Is it worth saving some cash on these heads?

Should I spring the extra cash for some AFR's or are these ok? Its just a mild street car....F cam, GT40 upper and lower, and a 5 psi Paxton. Nothing crazy but I want to make sure these are ok

For another $50 you could have afr's. Get the afr's you wont regret it.

That price is for only one head....so your looking at 1250 for both...not much different than AFR's. I think trickflows are cheaper than those gt-40 and probalby just as good if not better.

To me stock heads off something else (these are Explorer heads) dont have the performance potential of good aftermarket heads. Sure theyre better than the lousy stock Mustang heads but thats not saying much.

I wouldnt waste my money on these.
