Hi everyone so I just bought this 2000 mustang Gt wrecked and I just noticed that my wheels are too far deep in the wheel well , I’m not sure if it’s just because the wheel is small or one of my struts/springs are damaged from the accident or it just comes like that stock I looked up some other ones online and I couldn’t find one with the wheels that deep in the well and from the looks of it it might have a camber kit , I need help please, if somethings wrong how do I fix it and what should I buy, thanks in advance!

The only ones I have personally seen that stick out further have added spacers or use a wheel with a more negative offset. Even most of the stock photos I have seen are like our cars.

In the end, these are solid axle cars; there's no adjusting this sort of thing with the suspension (no camber adjusments and such). If it drives alright, and you don't hear any odd noise or see anything leaking, you're probably okay.

It takes a minimum 9” rims to fill in the rear. There is tons of space out back that people want to fill - that is why 10.5” rims and 315’s are such a popular size out back. Fills everything in nicely. Check all the arms and frame along the rear- if there is no repairs it is probably just the stock 8” rims appearance you are seeing.

Thanks for the reply’s , I’ll take a look at it after it’s done at the paint shop btw (whole car getting a different paint job) ordered some 10.5’s on AM and 2.00 spacers when I drove it about a week ago I didn’t hear anything weird or off, Ive had 2 4.6 mustangs in the past and they were always bought modded not stock so I think I just got worried because I haven’t owned a stock one until this one.
