Well, after 2.5 months and $XX,XXX my car is finally running. I am still working on my break in miles for the motor and clutch but the car feels pretty strong while running super rich. I can't tune/dyno it until I have driven 200-500 miles. One thing I will say is the old tune is way off.

The following items have been added in the last 4 months:
- New 04 Saleen IC water pump
- New 04 Saleen heat exchanger hood
- Saleen Extreme inlet tube kit
- Saleen S4 IC
- 9 to 0 compression forged Diamond Pistons
- Manley forged rods
- Molly rings, gaskets, etc
- ARP fittings
- Forged Cobra crank and 8 bolt flywheel
- Comp 270 blower cams and springs
- Peak Performance stage 2 head port
- Peak Performance competition valve job
- Balancing
- Installation and building
- Cobra dual pumps and tank
- Centerforce dual friction clutch
- Accufab 75 MM throttle body
- Super chip (SCT) professionally dyno tuned (old tune)
- Bassani X pipe W/O cats
- Eaton 66MM Polished Blower Pulley and Gates belt
- FRPP Ceramic Shorty Headers
- FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft
- Densecharger Cold Intake with fender filter
- Ported Saleen Blower and Plenum
- Ported/polished intake manifold
- Hawk HPS Brake Pads
- FRPP 3.73 gears
- NGK TR6 spark plugs
- Lightning 90 MM Mass Air Meter
- FRPP 42lbs injectors

OK,

Everything you did looks very stout. Absolutely, a textbook upgrade to make as much power as you can with the hEaton. Keep us informed of the progress and results.
Look at it this way. If you don't make the power you want, you are a blower swap from 500-550 rwhp. pump gas with a twin screw and a centrifi blower swap ( Novi 2000 or YS trim from 600 rwhp. Easy.

Good luck and we will keep our fingers crossed.

Thanks Marcus... The last couple months have been pretty frustrating but not nearly as bad as the last couple days. Not having the car was rough but having the car and not being able to go over 3.5K rpms is even worse.

Then to add insult to injury, my name was brought up at a meeting on Friday for a possbile promotion which may prompt me to sell the car. I would be traveling on almost a weekly basis.

Anyway, if that falls through I was thinking about the whipple 2300 or 3300. I am pretty sure the 2300 is just a bolt on blower swap. I already have the inlet kit, ic and all other parts. The 2300 should be good for 500-550rwhp. The 3300 should be good for around 600-650rwhp. Either of which blower will only cost about $2200 including install. (assuming they fit)

Congrats Scott. You should talk to Tom (tjm01 on modulardepot.com), he knows a lot of stuff that is needed for the swap.

Thats a good idea Shaun. I will try to get a hold of him.

I'm hoping for 425-450rwhp out of the current setup. If I get less I will be dissapointed and will blame the heat caused from the eaton m90.

Pictures will be coming after the dyno. The dyno will take place on Wednesday at 5:00 PM. They said it could take up to 3-4 hours to do it right???

On a sad saleen note, my promotion *may* be taking place as early as the end of the month. I can't believe I haven't even had the chance to tune the car and I am already considering selling it I'm hoping to know more about this by the end of the week. I wonder how much she is worth with the upgrades?

Sorry I haven't had time to post pics. I just got back from the dyno and I am a little upset. The car only made 401rwhp/375rwtq. My only excuses are 1) It was 102 degrees and 2) I have an exhaust leak. I would expect the numbers to increase once the leak is fixed...

Congrats on the 400rwhp mark Scott. How much boost is that thing hitting?

Come on bro.

The 400 h.p. club is pretty respectable. Especially with the 7 year old technology Eaton even if it's ported.

What are you going to do with the car???

It made 9psi of boost and the af was 11.8 accross the board. There was also 19 degrees of timing removed.

This car will make 425rwhp with its current set up no problem. There are a couple things that need to be addressed first. I guess the followiyng are normal after major work:
1) The ic temps were 145. I would like to see 115 where they were before with a winshield wiper mix. (the 50/50 water/coolant mix doesn't cut it.)
2) There is an exhaust leak coming from the left side.
3) The car bogs during shifts. Like it wants to die and then boost hits. It may be a leak or the iac. The car does idle funny and wants to die on occation with the ac on. The iac mau be dirty?
4) The idler pulley moves a great amount. The belt is still tight so go figure.

After these items are fixed this car will hit 420+rwhp. I just hope I see it. I have had several pm's on other forums. If the right offer is made, I will sell it. If anyone wants to see pics you can email me. (whosdady@aol.com) For some reason I am having problems posting them here.

We went back to the dyno last night and put a little more timing into the car and fixed the hesitation issues and AC. The car made 422rwhp but the rwtq reading wasn't working. I will be going somewhere else to dyno soon but the car feels significantly stronger. (peelinig in 1st-4th gear) It pulls hard all the way to 6500 rpms and makes near 12psi of boost.

Though there is still some power in her, I am happy with these numbers because it was 100 degrees here and the humidity was around 50%. I will wait for a cooler day (in the 80's) and re-dyno soon.
