How do you seperate the clear plastic from the black part that divides all of the gauges up? It looks like its glued on. Heres a pic of what I'm talking about... Silver part surrounding the gauges.

I used an exacto knife and a dremel tool to seperate them. After you paint the black part, you can just glue them back together. Just be very careful when you do this. if you use too much glue, it will cause the clear lens to cloud up around where you have glued it. Use as little glue as possible.
