it was like that when i bought it smart one .......anyways, im definately doin a rear 5 lug conversion next. and im probly just gonna take the hood off my 93 coupe. the car had been sitting in a garage for a couple of years while the guy was doing a cobra conversion on it, he ran into some financial problems and needed to sell it. the cowl hood flew off on the highway and the 4 eye hood was all he had layin around, that would be somewhat retarded to convert to 4 eye lol.

I think 1990coupe was referring to it's previous owner.

yeah but it hasnt givin me any problems. i live in oklahoma city and i drove it all the way from tulsa goin bout 75 and it did just fine. it looks crappy but it does what it needs to do.

Only problem is the rebuilt rearend makes a rubbing noise at low rpm (no higher than 2k) and when i get on it it feels like somethings holdin it back? Like possibly the rearend or jus needs a tune up. But i jus got the hood situation taken care of. Im tradin my junker 93 coupe for a 4 inch cowl hood and coil overs. And when the guys get here 2day to trade ima have them put the hood on for me since theyre getin the beter end of the deal.

Posted via Mobile Device i live in midwest city (cenok is family). First im gona get an alarm system, then find some 5 lug rear axles. Dont know what kinda wheels i wana get yet. All i wana do to the engine is a msd system and a trick flow intake, i really dont wana sacrafice too much gas mileage.

ahh thats cool..there's a guy in mwc i get a lot of car parts from. his has a mini mustang salvage yard in his backyard, and usually has a lot of aftermarket parts too. as far as wheels, another member on here, EPIK, has a set of deep dish 10th anniversary cobra wheels on his coupe and they look BADASS! take a look at those or some deep dish fr500's. i have a set of deep dish saleen sc wheels on my car. pretty obvious i like dished wheels...lol.
