You can get a Lightning MAF and 42lb injectors from www.buyfordracing.com for a little over $300. Easily the best deal on the net.

Will I have to get it calibrated for a Mustang?

Yeah, that's the combo. Your tuner will have to input the new MAF transfer, no big deal.
