i just got a edelbrock performer for 200 bucks and i was wondering how much would it approx. cost me to convert to a fox TB setup vs. having to buy that gay elbow *****.


btw will i notice much difference(SOTP) when i install it?

Search around on Corral or even post up a "wanted" and it should be cheap money...150.00 or less for what you need.... the throttle cable/bracket and then a TB with TPS/IAC..
Have any local salvage yards??? Lincoln's came with 5.0's to...The bracket can be the tough one to find online, unless you go to 5.0 resto....
You can use an Explorer TB also, they are 65's.....thats what I run on mine...you'll have to re-locate/weld the throttle cable ball 180 deg's but it works otherwise...

The biggest thing on the Fox swap is the throttle response...the pedal has a different feel to it and the throttle response is way touchy...I been running it over a year and still getting used to it..
