Mods are in the sig and I saw 11.7 psi of boost.

I was really pleased and suprised with the numbers on such a safe tune.

It maxed 506.5 hp & 510.9 tq at the rear tires. This is all with a stock bottom end with 149,000+ miles on it.

Thanks, I didn't think it was too bad considering that some people told me that there are alot better combos out there to go with and that the "letter" cams are out of date and the GT-40 intake is old technology. The best part is that the peak power was made at 5,600 rpms, so that means I don't have to rev the crap out of it to get the power I want and I hope that makes the block last alittle longer.

I don't get why people say things are out dated when they work well for a given application. That GT40 intake is one of the hottest intakes ever produced, so much so that a crappy, greasy, unpainted GT40 intake will still bring 500 bucks on ebay! Try that with an Edelbrock or TFS intake!!

tick tick tick tick..... whens that thing gonna blow!! haha.... no, good luck, thats a lotta power on a stock block, it holds for some and not for others, i dont mean to be a wise-a$$.. all in all thats impressive!!

I know, I know. To be honest, I really didn't want much more than 450 hp so I told them to be easy on it. As you can see from the chart, they didn't rev it past 5,700 rpms and the air/fuel at max power was almost in the 10's so its not like they leaned it out to get the power or revved it to the moon. I also don't think they got crazy with timing either  .

I actually wanted a safe street tune and then a more aggressive track tune, but after the numbers it put down on the safe tune, they didn't want to push it any more and im glad they didn't.
