K&N CAI question

Yes I installed the K&N FIPK system in my 01 mustang and notice that about 35 mph or so sometime you feel it lag and sputters with a little jumping motion a little bit and was wondering if any one had put this or a CAI on and needed to adjust the air fuel ratio or if it could be something else

On my 04, I just replaced the stock air filter with an K&N one and experienced no problems.

yeah you were right it was the fuel filter lol when i pulled it out it was very oxodise which was weird becuase I had it replaced about 7 months ago or so they said they did it. Some places i swear say they did anything for money
