According to Tim, EVERY conversion to a 2.2 KB from a centri setup has resulted in a better ET at the track. Now trap is better sometimes with the centris....but come on how much are those 2.2s? WAY more than an intercooled Novi 2K, ill tell you that. 1.7 can NOT match a centri setup on a built car....but both tuned to 400RWHP on stock block....KB will win. If the #S are close, the TS blowers will win at the track providing there is good traction. On the street the KBs advantage is about gone, and would be a good race. Its all about what you want....
KB street car would be DARN fun LOL, funner than a centri I bet. I am pretty much unbiased now, since I am going with a TT setup ($$$$$$$$$$$).
