i like the bbk's, they look and fit good. there is an egr tube that you have to be incredibly careful not to strip. make sure to spend an extra 10-15 bucks and get better header gaskets though, i wouldn't use the paper ones that come with them. i got the headers and gaskets from brother's. locking header bolts are not a bad idea either but like 40-50 more bucks.

kb now supplies the radiator hose, it's a decent piece. it's made by a company called gates, part # 21159. i saved the sticker that you see on the hose in the pic. :nice: you can also get flex radiator piping from places like summit and jegs and make you own. looks pretty cool, i'm considering doing it myself.

act sensor was relocated behind the maf, not intake. fuel rail was fine but i had to keep the stock fpr because aftermarkets would not fit.

i do have a boost gauge. it's an autometer phantom, matches the stock white face gauges nice.

any other questions let me know
where's the boost reference come from for the gauge, did you T off the line going to the fpr? i expected to see another tube going to the boost side of the blower ...

have fun with it. heck, if mine doesn't sell, maybe i'll just keep it and put it back on after i get the bottom end rebuilt ...

"I actually just pulled my polished 1.8L KB off and am selling it for $3000 with all the stuff I had with it, including the 42# injectors and the Holley SysteMax lower I used with it."

Damn!!!!! I wish I had $3K, right now!!!!!!

boost line goes to the vacuum tree. can't get any pics of it.

sorry it took so long, but here are the promised pics.
first, just to show where the filter has moved to here's a pic from the front passenger side tire looking up. you can see the filter in the fender and my sweet saturn in the background.

wow ... i have always thought one didn't want a vacuum tree to see boost ...

i would have hooked the boost line to the boost side of the blower in front, next to the fpr line.
