Let's talk steering racks

I think it's fairly common knowledge that as far as factory steering racks go:
1) '00 Cobra R
2) Terminator

What's third in line?

How do manual racks compare to no. 1 & 2?

I want something responsive, but not too heavy on the wheel. My project is going to be a cruiser/car show/summer ride, would it be simpler to get a fox or SN95 replacement?

Probably 99-04 GT would be next. I think the Mach uses the same rack.
