License Plate Light Illumination

This is just a quick post to say that the bulbs over my rear license plate are not working.

Do those lights run off the same circuit that the cigarette lighter, horn, and cruise control ride? The reason I ask is that I spilled coffee in the cigarette lighter many many months ago and I have not fixed it because I don't realy need the cruise control or horn.

If it is the same circuit, then I have the solution (fix the cigarette lighter and drop in a new fuse). If not, does anyone have a suggestion?

Do you know for a fact they are on the same fuse? Have you checked your fuses for any blown ones?

shouldn't be, should be on the same one as the parking lights. bulbs are probable just bad. take the covers off and look at them. Move them around and see what happens may not have a good connection.
